Yes i saw me too that thing from a site took a coder By a hacker in 2011.

Many peoples think is a New pokemon to the 6th gen or a Scrapted unrelased pokemon from a 5th generation, i redisegned the lines from that sillhuettes i thinking coulde be a Beta or a proto Evolution of Tepig or probaly a Armadillo pokemon thing but sadly this one is A Glitch pokemon a error as added on the site looked like A Missing No.

Im Glad This pokemon doen't exist Because is a only a Placeholder for a Testing the Trading card Game but i like so much i reused this stuff.
